In contrast to consulting, coaching involves working with the coach to achieve a specific goal, usually in a professional context.

Coaching is based on mutual trust, is a time-limited process, whereby voluntariness and personal responsibility of the client is assumed.

Absolute confidentiality also prevails during coaching.

Through my many years of experience in a large, international industrial group, as an employee and myself as a manager and key account manager with P&L responsibility, I understand many of the daily challenges.

Be it deadline pressure, performance pressure, increased efficiency, conflicts between different, possibly even international, team players, etc., these are just some of the challenges.

Many companies have already taken action in the area of workplace health promotion (“Employee Assistance Program“), but often only in the physical and not in the mental area.

I am happy to support you in changing this, because I know only too well how important this area is.

In principle, the location is determined when making the appointment.

• Appointments are binding by phone, SMS or email

• in case of prevention, a cancellation is absolutely necessary (at short notice please only by telephone).

• Failure to comply will result in the unit cost being charged.

• For companies, multiple units / blocks can also be arranged.

Privately as well as in the professional setup with companies, absolute discretion and confidentiality applies, i.e. contents of the consulting / coaching are not shared with third parties, even if they are the clients.
